It probably comes as no surprise that a fan-favorite souvenir in the Disney Parks is the popcorn bucket.
These popcorn buckets are sold at select popcorn carts throughout the Disney Parks, and boy, do they typically sell out fast. It’s hard to turn down a souvenir that has so many functions. It holds your popcorn, makes for a great accessory, can act as a purse once washed out, and can even make for some pretty magical shelf decor. Disney has released multiple popcorn buckets in 2023 and this post is dedicated to the very BEST of them.
We’re sharing the top five popcorn buckets released in the Disney Parks so far in 2023 — according to the AllEars team. These are in no particular order — we love them all too much to rank them. Without further ado, let’s talk about it!
Mickey Mouse Picnic Basket Popcorn Bucket
This one goes out to all the Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway fans! This Picnic Basket Popcorn Bucket is inspired by the ride and looks just like Mickey’s glove holding a picnic basket.
Our favorite part about this bucket is the little ants that you can see on the outside of the basket. Disney doesn’t miss those tiny little details! This popcorn bucket debuted in Disney’s Hollywood Studios back in May of 2023.
Cinderella Carriage Popcorn Bucket
In honor of the 100th Anniversary Celebration, Disney released this popcorn bucket that looks like Cinderella’s Carriage!
We saw LONG lines in Magic Kingdom the day that this debuted in May of 2023, and it sold out seemingly just as fast as it showed up. What can we say? This is a stunning popcorn bucket! We’ve seen this one before with a different color scheme, but we’re here for the Disney100 Platinum.
Collapsible Donald Duck Popcorn Bucket
In honor of Donald Duck’s birthday, Tokyo Disneyland celebrated by releasing a collapsible Donald Duck popcorn bucket!
Listen, we’re all about saving space. Saving space while having popcorn? It’s a win! Plus, it’s just adorable. The fact that Chip and Dale are on the strap of the bucket make it almost unbearably cute!
Disneyland Pride Popcorn Bucket
This Pride popcorn bucket became available on June 1st only at Disneyland.
We love that this bucket is both rainbow AND shiny. Like, what more could we ask for in a popcorn bucket? Oh yeah, and it’s shaped like Mickey.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary Pumbaa Popcorn Bucket
In honor of Animal Kingdom’s 25th Anniversary in April of 2023, Disney released the Pumbaa popcorn bucket to celebrate!
This bucket looks exactly like a smiling Pumbaa. We know that many The Lion King fans were very excited about this one — ourselves included!
