Exciting things are happening over in EPCOT. Not only are Cast Members working diligently to create the all-new, immersive attraction Moana: Journey of Water, but we are just a little over one month away from the opening date of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!
But, there are a few groups of people who won’t have to wait as long to finally ride EPCOT’s newest thrill ride — and now, we officially know when Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will be able to preview this epic attraction!
Disney recently announced that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind would be opening to all guests on May 27th, 2022! And beginning TODAY, Disney World Annual Passholders are able to register to preview the attraction before it’s open to the public.
As part of Disney World’s Annual Passholder benefits, APs (along with DVC members and Cast Members!) are often invited to preview new attractions before the general public. We now know that Annual Passholders will be able to preview Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on select dates beginning on May 8th, 2022.
If you’re an Annual Passholder looking to take advantage of this benefit, check your email for instructions on how to register for the attraction preview, as Disney has started sending them out already!
Annual Passholders will be able to select a date and time to arrive at EPCOT for their preview — it’s important to note that registering for the Guardians preview means that you won’t need to secure a separate park pass reservation for EPCOT that day, but you will need a valid ticket (aka make sure you’re not blocked out).
