| May 2024 - Spring 2025 | Port Orleans French Quarter : Disney Resorts | Port Orleans - French Quarter From May 2024 through Spring 2025, some Guest rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. |
| July 1st - July 31st | All Star Movies : Disney Resorts | World Premiere Food Court While the dining area will be receiving a facelift, guests will still be able to take advantage of the food offered by the food court |
| July 29th - Sept 2024 | Caribbean Beach : Disney Resorts | Barbados Leisure Pool The Barbados leisure pool will be closed. Guests can enjoy the Fuentes del Morro pool and 4 other leisure pools |

| Sept 2024 - Sept 2025 | Contemporary - Bay Lake Tower : Disney Resorts | Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort In April of 2024, Disney confirmed that beginning in September, the Bay Lake Tower would begin the first major refurbishment in its history, lasting a full year. |
| Early April 2025 - January 2026 | Port Orleans Riverside : Disney Resorts | Port Orleans Riverside Guest rooms in the Magnolia Bend at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside will undergo refurbishment. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work in the area. |
