| Dec 2018 - December 23, 2022 | Main Street USA : Magic Kingdom | Walt Disney World Railroad The Walt Disney World Railroad will cease running and will sit "in residence" at its Main Street Station while work progresses on the new Tron coaster coming to Tomorrowland. This will give guests the chance to have an up-close look at the railroad and take advantage of some unique photo opportunities. |
| Sep. 01 - Summer 2021 | Art of Animation : Disney Resorts | Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is receiving a big overhaul to the entryway with updates on the lobby and monorail station. | Jan 6th, 2025 - 2026 | Frontierland : Magic Kingdom | Big Thunder Mountain Railroad According to Disney, Big Thunder Mountain will close for refurbishment on January 6th, 2025. The website says the attraction will “reopen with a little bit of new magic in 2026.” |
| Jan 13th - Summer 2025 | Tomorrowland : Magic Kingdom | Astro Orbiter Astro Orbiter at Magic Kingdom Park will close for a multi-month refurbishment starting Jan. 13. The ride is scheduled to reopen in summer 2025. |
