Would not recommend and won’t be using again. Was okay to get to the resort but still a bit of a wait for the bus. On the way to the airport no option given to change your pickup time to ensure that you could get to the airport earlier. The bus driver showed up 10 minutes late and we were the first stop. Then proceeded to stop at 3 more stops and took over an hour to board other passengers. I was told I would be there two hours ahead of my flight and was dropped off with 45 minutes to get through security. We barely made our flight. Will not be using in the future.

Do not use this service. We got to the resort ok. But our return trip to the airport was a nightmare. We received a text that the bus was running 20-25 minutes late. After they we 20 minutes late we received another text telling us to arrange other transportation to the airport and they would refund our money.

Had a positive experience using the Sunshine Flyer. Took 1hr from checking in at the airport until I was arriving at my Disney Resort. The trip back they were right on time.

Our ride there was great. Even though we waited about 40 min for our bus, we still got to our resort within a reasonable time frame. When it came to the confirmations, we had forgotten to let them know our flight changed (vacation brain), and when we called to update our pickup time, they were helpful and accommodating. Our ride back however, the bus was running late by about 40 min, we were still able to make it to the airport in time for our flight. They texted us to let us know about the bus, and did not leave us to figure it out for ourselves. My family and I will continue to ride the Sunshine Flyer for as long as we are coming to Disney.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I booked or used the Sunshine Flyer, because I probably wouln't have. My experience was completely different than a lot of the reviews here. They have just opened their instead counter and waiting area. I would say they are not as organized as the magical express, but I've seen worse. We lucked out and only waiting about 15 minutes for our bus, and it only had three stops. On the way back we were the second to last stop. They were about 15 minutes late, but we got to the airport 2.5 hours before our flight. They played old cartoons on the bus. It was clean and comfortable. Both of our drivers were friendly and helpful.

Do not use this service if you have a wheelchair, electric scooter, or have any walking issues of any kind. The staff was irritated that we had an electric scooter, and at one point even yelled at us for not letting the check in people know, when they saw us coming with an electric scooter. The staff was not friendly at all.

We recently came down to Disney for a winter get-a-way. Since Disney doesn’t offer shuttle service from the airport, we decided to try The Sunshine Flyer. Great service to the resort. Everyone was cordial and professional. A few hours later, we get a call—it was Richard from The Sunshine Flyer. We dropped our travel wallet in the bus—with our passports, money, etc. Richard coordinated with us and they delivered it to us at the resort completely intact. Nothing missing. He went above and beyond to make sure we would have no travels glitches. Thank you again Richard and the driver/messenger Earl for saving our vacation

Loooong wait to board

Just sitting here still waiting for a bus. We’re at an hour now. When one does show up, you have no idea which hotels she’ll call to board it. Disappointed, but they got us there and back. They weren't awful, and I would use them again, but first, I would probably try Mears connect and see how they were. Mostly, I miss Magic Express 🙁
