I used Sunshine Flyer for the first time last week for both pickup from airport to Disney hotel and return trip from a different Disney hotel to airport. Their $12 special price is unbeatable and I had no issue with their service. We did wait for awhile in the airport for them to call us to board a bus, but I don't think it was an unreasonable amount of time. The bus was clean and not crowded. During our stay at Disney, we were upgraded from All-Star Sports to Port Orleans French Quarter for our last night. I emailed Sunshine Flyer with the change and they responded quickly and updated our reservation. The bus arrived at Port Orleans a few minutes early and waited a few minutes late for one party to arrive. We stopped at two more Disney resorts to pick up a few more parties, then headed to the airport. The trip was uneventful and the bus was not crowded. Luggage was unloaded quickly and we were on our way. I would definitely consider them for future trips.

Pick up from airport was fine. However, our trip back to the airport was for 5:40, we were never picked up. By 5:55 I called and was told our bus was 10 minutes away. Waited 1/2 hour more and still no bus- NO call, text or anything from sunshine flyer telling us that they aren’t coming. Both my husband and I called in which we were told that the bus passed by our hotel and they aren’t coming back and they won’t be picking us up and the will refund us our money. Seriously??????refund us our money. Here we are stranded at our Disney hotel, we asked that they either send a bus, a van, taxi or Uber, in which they refused. This is how you treat your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this to family or friends. Worst company ever!
