Honestly we really enjoyed our stay at Pop Century! The theming is fun and it's exciting to see what section of the resort you get to stay in.The rooms were renovated pretty recently so they were nice and clean. The walls were thin and there was only one dining location but for the price you really get a good deal! We loved being near the skyliner the most.
Pros:
Next to the skyliner, fun theme, renovated rooms, lower price tagCons:
only one dining option, thin wallsReviewed by Biscuits247 Review Date: 09/26/2022

Pop Century is a pretty cool hotel. We have been a few times, and it is a pretty good value resort. The food is not the best, but we did love their cupcakes! There is also skyliner access so that we can easily can be connected to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and other skyliner resort hotels! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to go again.
Pros:
The updated rooms looked nice, and the skyliner is a nice pro. It is very family-friendly, and a magical touch of Disney in there. The bus service was helpful, and prompt, for our earlier trip.Cons:
A little more of a crowded resort, we were often put in the 50s or 60s, which is quieter and I recommend. Pop Century also does not have the best food, as I had mentioned, and the tie-dye cheesecake was not as good as we hoped.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/21/2022

Pop Century was the perfect fit for a young adult trip on a budget! Having stayed at the Contemporary last year in 2021 (before the incredibles refurbishment), it was quite a big jump from deluxe to value... and I liked the rooms at Pop WAY MORE! The standard room is spacious for having two beds, especially if you leave the murphy bed up, and the bathroom has one of the nicest showers I have seen at a value hotel.
Each cast member I met was kind, helpful, and energetic! Any questions I had were addressed respectfully and quickly.
The transportation makes this hotel INCREDIBLE! The Skyliner is a game changer for getting to the parks and other resorts, and it is quick, peaceful, and so nice to not have to wait as long for buses! I was lucky and never experienced downtime for the Skyliner. As for the buses, they were as good as such a huge bus system could be. The wait times listed in the app were usually accurate or a bit early, and the drivers were super kind!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, not just families with kids or people on a tight budget. I would say that if you are spending lots of time at the resort, this probably is not the hotel for you, but otherwise it has great rooms and amazing transportation. So worth it.
Pros:
Skyliner! New, modern rooms Friendly cast members Cute themingCons:

FILTHY!!!! We have found mold in the shower, begged for a linen change during a 10-night stay but didn't get one, even after the housekeeping manager promised it. This hotel will soon have insect/bedbug infestation!
Pros:
Cheap for WDW, skyliner accessCons:

Great time at Disney, but this hotel I would skip over. The All Stars are equal quality rooms and the consistency of the bus is superior to sky-liners. No question about it. Outside of that. This hotel is really good for the price and the value it offers. Amenities are pretty normal for cheaper Disney resorts, but still great. I would suggest working your trip schedule so that you start at Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom in the morning and park hop in the afternoon from those parks (or a restaurant) to Epcot and Hollywood
Pros:
Rooms are good and nice enough for a fun and busy Disney trip. Food is pretty good for a quick dinner or breakfast. Staff was great and super helpful.Cons:
Skyliner… every time we needed it over the 5 day trip it was down. Sometimes it wasn’t even storming yet, and the back up buses took 30+ minutes to show up at, if at all. Really the only real negative to this. You can not rely on getting to Epcot/Hollywood easily from PopReviewed by TLzak Review Date: 07/29/2022

Prop has always been our go-to resort and the Skyliner has been a game changer. Now you have access to, not only Art of Animation, but Caribbean Beach and Riviera dining after a short Skyliner ride... Shhhh, don't let the secret out!
Pros:
Access to other resorts, Skyliner and price.Cons:
Can be loud when staying near the pool.Reviewed by SeanW Review Date: 07/28/2022

I stay here a lot just because the price is pretty low as the hotel is considered a “value resort”. I think the resort was just fine and the room size was perfect for 4, the theming was also a great part of the resort. The food court was alright, I didn’t really have to wait for food as the lines were pretty much short every time. The best part about the resort is definitely the skyliner giving easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios!
Pros:
Skyline Cheaper then most resorts Good themingCons:

The Resort was clean and the rooms were well appointed. However, after flying for 5 hours it took us 2 hours to check into the hotel because somewhere along the way they did not have my children registered. I showed my conferfirmation but they still made me stand there. In the end, they could have settled the problem all while I was in my room. Then, we bought $20 cups that we were supposed to be able to use our entire stay for free refills. Nope. every single day they did not work and we had to ask for new cups. Then we wanted to get coffee and there was no coffee in any of the 3 coffee containers. So we tried to get ice and drinks in our cups that did not work. and there was no ice. The staff was less than helpful with the problem.
Pros:
nice roomsCons:
we stayed a full week and never had our beds made. $20 cuos didn't work. Check in was a night mare.Reviewed by PongosMom Review Date: 06/22/2022

I'm always shocked that the Disney value resorts don't get more love! Pop Century is exactly what we need for most of our Disney trips: Comfortable room, Skyliner access, and a price that doesn't include "your firstborn child." We tend to spend very little time in our room when we're at Disney, so Pop Century's modest furnishings suit us just fine. And the Skyliner is a HUGE perk. In my opinion, the only downsides to Pop are the other transportation elements - hauling to the very back of the bus line after a long parks day or Disney Springs evening, then hauling to your room once you get to the resort, etc. If you're looking for luxury or white-glove service, you're not going to find it here, but Pop is way better than most reviews/rankings give it credit for!
Pros:
- Budget-friendly - Skyliner access - Fun theme - Access to resort guest perks - Good pool barCons:
- Large grounds = long walks - Back of the bus line with ye - Less immersive theming than other Disney resortsReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/20/2022

Great resort for the value and Skyliner benefit, would recommend to anyone who wants to get around quickly or enjoys nostalgia.
