Avoid this company if you want a stress free ride back to the airport. While the trip from MCO to WDW was okay, the trip back was anything but. We arrived at the pickup spot at 3PM for our 325PM pickup. At 330PM a bus showed up but said that they were only dropping off, yet that bus was still sitting there 40 minutes later when a second bus showed up, also dropping off, not picking up. When I told second driver that Mears was 40 minutes late, he said there was nothing he could do. My daughter had been trying to contact Mears by phone, but they would put her on hold, and then hang up. The driver of the bus that had arrived at 330PM to drop off but was sitting there for 40 minutes eventually got through to their dispatcher, saying another bus would be along shortly. When it did show, we had to stop at 4 more pickup locations before heading to the airport.

Customer service is horrible , i waited up to an hour to get on a bus to go to my resort & when I spoke to someone asking wait time she told a bus will be hear shortly , very bad communication on her end

Our driver, that picked us up from the airport, was not a safe driver was running stop signs and stoplights taking turns so fast that we were being thrown all over the shuttle just was not a pleasant experience. They need to look at possibly some safer drivers, but the ride back on the bus to the airport was amazing. That girl drove very safe, and was very attentive to her guests on her vehicle.

Cader, our driver, was amazing. Excellent service and made our trip seemless and enjoyable by giving us all the facts and history of the area and places we passed on the way. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Thanks Cader, and mears!

General good service. Took the standard service from the Orlando airport to Disney and back. Only downfall was the wait for the bus to leave the airport to get to Disney. We arrived later in the evening and waited 45 mins on the bus for others to arrive so that we could make our way to the hotel. Once we got started we made three quick stops and were at our hotel in no time. Great service especially considering the price. On the way back we had no issues. Bus arrived right on time and we arrived to the airport pretty quickly making a few stops on the way.

We used the MearsConnect for our Orlando trip. For the pick up, they won’t be on time for you so you will probably miss your flight if you choose them. The company is not very flexible for changing the schedule and they also don’t care about your individual situation. All they care is Money! Good luck if you choose them. They will never refund your money since you pay in advance, even if it’s their fault!

We had no problems getting to our resort from MCO. However, we waited for our driver to pick us up to go back to the airport and guess what he never showed up. He went to French Quarter and we were at Riverside, then said we were no shows. When we called the number provided they put us on hold several times and they were very rude. Eventually we just ended up grabbing a Sunshine flyer bus that was at our resort. When we called for a refund they told us they can’t do it over the phone and we would have to email them. Still waiting.
