Our family took the Mears shuttle bus from MCO to the Grand Floridian Hotel at Disney and back. Drivers were on time and friendly, bus was clean. Best of all: I dropped my car key in my bus seat on the return trip. I emailed Mears with the details, they found my key, and mailed it to me at no charge. A Mears rep called me to let me know it was on the way. Can’t beat that service.

Booked round trip from airport to animal kingdom hotel. Flight landed at 5:30 am and we were promptly greeted and transported on a bus to our hotel after finding the mears connect area of the airport. Driver was friendly and loaded our bags for us. The issues with Mears connect arose at 4am on the day of our return trip back to the airport. Our flight was at 7am so they give us a pick up time of 4am from the animal kingdom hotel. There we are waiting on the curb at 4am...4:10 am...4:20am... we start to panic and we call Mears who then accuse us of not being outside when the bus came- even though we were most definitely waiting out there at 4am. Long story short they then offered to send another bus after some time but we were going to be late to our flight so had to call a Lyft and thank goodness someone was nearby in the early hours to pick up our ride. Mears did refund us but that was not worth the hassle. Just take a lyft

They went above and beyond for me! My worst fear (oversleeping) happened. I missed my bus to the airport, called them and they took fantastic care of me and made sure I got to my plane on time. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this service. Got on bus within 2 minutes of checking in at airport. Within 10 minutes we were on way to resort. Pick up was great as well. Will use this service again. Very pleased with process.

Awful! Lost all quality control extremely quickly since no longer having the accountability of the Disney name. Our driver left one of the compartments open on the side of the car and one of the passengers had to make him stop because luggage was starting to go on the street.
Routes are insane, we went to four different hotels with none of them being close to each other (except for the first and last which were Pop Century and Art of Animation...so we basically made a giant circle).

Very unsatisfied and poor customer service. I Paid $200 for express service round trip and then was returned to the airport via non-express. I found an article noting that express service was "removed", yet I was never notified by mears and had already paid for it. When I called Mears Connect and asked about it, the woman told me express was "not removed"?? She also could not connect me with anyone to resolve the issue and told me to email Mears Connect. I still have not heard back 4 days later. You're better off taking Uber X or Lyft!!!

Well where do I start, I frequent Disney at least 3 to 4 times a year. I usually use a private uber or I rent a car. This time I said let me try this new service by Mears. So I did, I got to the airport and was looking where to go but no signs or no directional information where to go. So I ended up on the wrong side of the airport. Then I finally got to where I need to be,then to be confronted by a bunch attitude problem workers, with no customer service skills. Then the cherry on top, I go to the bus that it looks like they just ripped off the Disney Logo, so so tackle. Then the bus driver was nice in the beginning but ended up just being a jerk. I couldn't even understand him, he had a deep accent, he was speeding everywhere. Then had the ordacity to ask me for money in a speech, after I didn't give him a tip or any money's, his niceness changed to just not getting a response when I told him Thank u so much for bringing me and my kids to Disney. Anyways I will never take this service again, won't recommend. I rather take a Uber or rent a car.

Do not use!!! We booked a one way from a Disney resort to the airport. Waited 1 hour, every bus that came said ours was the next. In the end we begged another company to take us for cash on site and barely made our flight. Super stressful end to our relaxing vacation!

Waited 45 minutes, the driver was rude, ended up in a shared van and waited another 10 minutes while he argued over how much he was being paid. You're better off just using Lyft
