The Haunted Mansion and Christmas shop are must-do's here. Liberty Tree Tavern is located in this land and is a good place to eat. Other than that, not a lot to really see here.

Pros:

Haunted Mansion

Cons:

Not a lot going on here

Likely not being my all time favorite land in MK due to there not being a lot there besides Haunted Mansion & Hall of Presidents , Liberty Square is still a nice place to walk through!

Pros:

Liberty Tree Tavern is one of my favorite places to eat in all of DW, feels like a colonial village, & Haunted Mansion gives this land more hype.

Cons:

Lack of theming, small land, & less attractions.

My favorite ride is in this land, the Haunted Mansion. Also enjoy stopping at Sleepy Hollow for waffles. The Hall of Presidents is a great attraction to check out as well. Not a lot to do in this land, but quality over quantity.

Pros:

Haunted Mansion

Cons:

Not a lot to do.

Liberty Square is a perfect blend of attractions, food, and retail. This land has a really great balance. You have Haunted Mansion, Liberty Belle Boat tour, Hall of Presidents, Sleepy Hollow Quick Service, Liberty Tree Tavern, the Christmas shop and more! This land is highly themed! So many history tidbits from the pavement to the flags to the bell, it’s all wonderfully American. Hall of Presidents is a great audio animatronic state show which is a great filler to take a much needed break out of the heat and sun. Haunted Mansion is a classic original attraction which is great introduction to the littles to help overcome fears. I love the Sleepy Hollow waffle with fruit and Nutella. Hands down one of my favorite lands with a great balance of food, shopping, and fun!

Pros:

Variety, Heavy Theming, Historical

Cons:

May be boring to some

Stop skipping this land! Not only does it house one of WDWs best attractions, Haunted Mansion, but it’s also packed with cool historical theming. It’s not the most exciting land, especially for kids, but if you’re a Disney or US history nerd you should definitely grab a nutella-fruit-packed waffle from sleepy hollow and take your time exploring this land. Columbia Harbour House (when it’s open) is a solid choice for food, too.

Pros:

Incredible theming, decent food and haunted mansion!

Cons:

Only one attraction (two if you count the riverboat), probably boring for kids

Liberty Square is so underrated but it should definitely be part of your Magic Kingdom day! The Haunted Mansion ride is one of my favorite rides! Every time I ride it I see something new. The level of detail and theming is unparalleled! From the second you walk up to this attraction, the soundtrack draws you in, and sets the tone for a spooky (but fun!) romp through a mysterious mansion with 999 happy haunts. You'll want to HURRY BACK to this one! Besides Haunted Mansion, my favorite Magic Kingdom restaurant is in Liberty Square: Liberty Tree Tavern! They serve Thanksgiving style food year round. The food is so delicious! Even better, it's all you can eat! Feel free to ask for more of whatever you want!

Pros:

Haunted Mansion - one of the best rides in MK! Liberty Tree Tavern, my favorite restaurant!

Cons:

Needs more hype! It's so great!

Liberty Square is another teachable, and engaging land for kiddos, and history nerds alike. Visit the Presidential Hall of Fame to learn about the history of America to do just that - or to cool off in the AC because we all know how brutal that Florida sun can be. Liberty Square is small, but small things come in good packages.

Pros:

An awesome pro I wish I had discovered sooner in all my years of traveling to Disney - RIDE THE LIBERTY SQUARE RIVER BOAT! The views are AWESOME, and you can get shots of the Kingdom you can’t get anywhere else! This also gives you a chance to unwind for 15-20 minutes. I cannot stress this activity enough!

Cons:

The size is a downfall, but that’s only because I wish it were bigger!

Underrated hidden gem of Magic Kingdom. The details of the land itself are impeccable. The haunted mansion is a must do opening day attraction, but it is easy to forget that HM is a part of liberty square. Also has what in my opinion is the best QS spot in all of Magic Kingdom, Columbia Harbor House.

Pros:

Amazing details and theming. Columbia Harbor House and haunted mansion are must do’s.

Cons:

Easy to walk through without stopping to really appreciate the details.
