Get a SNEAK PEEK of Disney’s Newest Attraction at Night!

The wait is nearly over for an iconic, beloved attraction to finally reopen in Disneyland!

Sleeping Beauty Castle

An attraction closed down temporarily for refurbishments that were quickly turned into an entire re-theming. This attraction has seen three re-themes now in its 61 years at Disneyland Park. Yes, we’re talking about the Adventureland Treehouse (aka the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, aka the Tarzan Treehouse). It’s opening soon and Disney just released a new video showing us the entire attraction at NIGHT! Let’s check it out.

The Adventureland Treehouse is set to open to all parkgoers on November 10th while Magic Key Holders will get a special early preview of it on November 9th.

In a recent video released by Disney Parks, you can get up close and personal look at what’s to come but at night! It shows the attraction in a very cool way with so much movement amid the night atmosphere.

You then see the water wheel spinning in the dark before you make your way up the stairs.

You follow the stairs up to see the Disneydendron Semperflorens Grandis.

Once you make it to the top of the first flight of stairs you learn you are visiting a family’s home they have made inside this treehouse.

The rest of the video takes you through their home where you learn about their old Water Wheel and see the rest of how they live.

The atmosphere looks very reminiscent of the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse with modern updates to the attraction. It also has nods to its predecessors with Easter Eggs such as Jane the Ostrich.

The treehouse looks like it’s going to be a wonderful addition to the line of treehouse themes. It may not have ties to any Disney movie, but that doesn’t take away from the enjoyment we’re bound to get. We look forward to experiencing this soon!
