You’ve got Broadway-quality shows, nighttime spectaculars with fireworks and projections, and some fun parades too. But, when it comes to parades, we’ve got an important update you’ll need to know about. So grab those calendars because the showtimes for Magic Kingdom’s iconic Festival of Fantasy parade are changing soon.

Festival of Fantasy is the current daytime parade in Magic Kingdom. It features fantastical state-of-the-art floats, an exclusive soundtrack, and a lot of Disney characters. It makes its way around Magic Kingdom several times a day, starting in Frontierland, through Liberty Square, and then down Main Street, U.S.A.

It’s also the parade that features the fire-breathing dragon version of Maleficent. That alone can make this parade a must-see when you’re visiting Magic Kingdom.

If you’re looking to catch the Festival of Fantasy parade soon, you’ll need to know that the number of performances has changed. You currently have one less chance to see the parade.

On August 9th and August 10th, the parade can only be viewed at 3PM each day.

Starting on August 11th, however, you’ll have two opportunities each day to catch the parade: 12PM and 3PM. That’s the schedule for the parade through September 2nd, which is as far as the calendar goes at the moment.
