EPCOT‘s newest restaurant is almost here!
Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya is a new restaurant unlike any other coming to the Japan Pavilion. The menu was recently released, but when can you start making reservations? Now we know!
Well, folks, reservations are NOW OPEN for Shiki Sai! Though the restaurant originally had an opening date of August 30th, it appears it will be open as of August 28th. Reservations are available for dates starting on the 28th.
If you’re looking to get a reservation for your next trip, we suggest hopping online sooner rather than later to grab yourself a spot. Especially since this is a NEW dining location, reservations could go FAST as fans try to check out this new spot.
For those unfamiliar with it, Shiki-Sai will essentially replace Tokyo Dining in the Mitsukoshi Dining area. It’ll be a table service restaurant that, according to Disney, will be a “festive dining experience in a sharable Izakaya style.”
The restaurant is meant to give guests the chance to “experience the essence of Japan’s seasonal festivals.” Each month will actually bring a NEW celebration to your table.
The menu includes nigiri, sashimi, chef’s specials, rice and noodle dishes, and MUCH more.
