Disney Reveals MORE Details About Its New Residential Community

Have you ever wanted to live INSIDE a community that’s dedicated to 100% all things Disney? Well, Disney is working to make that dream a reality!

In 2022, Disney announced plans for “vibrant new neighborhoods that are infused with our special brand of magic.” This community became Storyliving by Disney. The first location will be a community called Cotino in Rancho Mirage, California. Now we have even MORE details about Cotino.

We’ve previously seen some concept art of Cotino, as well as an announcement that Disney expects sales to begin in 2023 for homes in the community. Now, Disney has revealed more details about the kind of amenities residents of Cotino will be able to enjoy.

The Cotino community will offer guests the opportunity to purchase a membership in the Artisan Club, which will offer additional amenities “infused with unique Disney and Pixar touches.” For example, there will be a gathering space for leisure activities inspired by The Incredibles.

That will include Parr House, a building inspired by the Parr’s house in the film. This space will be dedicated to special events, celebrations, and limited overnight accommodations for Artisan Club members. Parr House will also have “an elevated patio will present spectacular views of the grand oasis and the surrounding mountains.”

Artison Club members will also be able to access a clubhouse complex “featuring distinct spaces for dining, wellness, art, recreation and entertainment.” Disney Imagineers are doing everything they can to create these spaces to both “foster community connections and encourage the pursuit of individual passions.”

Club membership will also offer members access to a waterfront clubhouse, an exclusive beach area, and recreational water activities. Members will also get access to Disney entertainment and “magical events.”
