We’re getting excited for the release of Raya and the Last Dragon!
The film follows Raya, a lone warrior from the kingdom of Kumandra, as she seeks to restore peace between lands by finding the last dragon. We’ve seen trailers, merchandise, and some behind-the-scenes, and now we’re only a month away from release day!
The movie premieres in theaters and on Disney+ on March 5th. However, in order to watch on Disney+ on the 5th, you’ll need to sign up for Premier Access. Remember when Disney charged Disney+ subscribers to watch the live-action Mulan before it was released for free? This is the same scenario.
If that extra $29.99 isn’t looking too great to you, though, there’s another option! All Disney+ subscribers will have free access to Raya and the Last Dragon starting June 4th, 2021. It’ll be included in your subscription! If you don’t want to spend money on a movie ticket or Premier Access, just wait until then.
