Looking for Hidden Mickeys in World Showcase

One afternoon, I enjoyed a stroll around Epcot’s World Showcase with my eyes peeled for Hidden Mickeys. Look up for this one in the American Adventure Pavilion. It’s a small black classic (three-circle) Mickey on the red, white and blue banner on the railing over the entrance to the rotunda. Find it in the middle of the white star next to the “A” in “Adventure.” (Thanks to Brian Lake, and The Skazick Family from the UK).

Here’s a subtle Hidden Mickey in the Germany Pavilion, at the Karamell-Kuche shop. In an outside display window that faces the inner courtyard and is close to the main promenade, a caramel apple at the lower right corner of a page in an open cookbook has a small light reflection that forms a white classic Mickey. (Thanks to Bonnie Smith).

Alas, another Hidden Mickey has been lost (maybe just temporarily, I hope)! In the France Pavilion, a classic Hidden Mickey was in the clouds at the upper left of a painting in a chest along the wall that fronts the lagoon.

That painting has disappeared, along with its Hidden Mickey!

Folks wonder about this image in the Italy Pavilion. It’s gray cement stuck on a wall near the waterline, on the left side of the gondola island on the lagoon. (Thanks to Sharon Dale). What do you think of this image as a Hidden Mickey?

I like to check on this Hidden Mickey in Future World, along a walkway behind MouseGear shop. It seems to be wearing down over the years, but I can still make it out etched in the cement. Check it out before it fades forever!
