Is Disney’s Club 33 Even Really a SECRET Anymore?

A hidden restaurant and lounge hides in the open of the street of New Orleans Square in Disneyland.

Club 33 in Disneyland

Club 33 is Disneyland’s not-so-secret club for members and their guests. It is named based on its location in New Orleans Square, on 33 Royal Street, nestled between the Blue Bayou Restaurant and Tiana’s Palace. Rumors swirl about Club 33 all the time, and now Disney has started to peel back the curtain about its exclusive club.

Recently, Disney added a place for Club 33, some general questions, and some guidelines on the Disneyland app. Club 33 does have its own website that only members can access, but anyone can use the Disneyland app.

To find the Club 33 page on the Disneyland app, simply search “Club 33.” Although the page is limited, it does clear up some confusion about the club. It minimally lists the benefits of a membership, what the club is, how you can join, and the dress code.

Club 33 is not your typical Disneyland table service meal, as the dining room serves multi-course meals for lunch and dinner. Both meal periods have a dress code, with dinner being stricter. Even members who go to enjoy the more casual lounge, Le Salon Nouveau, must also abide by the lounge’s dress code.

If you are looking to become a member, you may submit a Membership Inquiry form. The waitlist to join can be years and years long, so don’t hold your breath and expect to become a member right away. Some current members have waited 15+ years to be granted their membership.

This small addition to the app just gives a tiny glimpse of what it is like to enter this sought-after Disney club.

While Club 33 in Disneyland is the original Club 33, certain members can gain access to the lounge, 1901, in Disney California Adventure. Disney World is also home to four Club 33s, one in each of the four theme parks.
