  1. The new DAS booking system is degrading. We had an appt 2 weeks ago, my husband showed his federal & state disability paperwork.Even though we had DAS in 2022 It was not enough, they questioned him until he broke down crying & had to leave the video call. They asked me a few questions because I am his care taker & then he was approved. The cast member that assisted us was very professional & just asking the questions that they are told to.
