Okay, It’s Official. This Is THE Most Awkward Ride in Disney World

Disney World is a magical place with sometimes some not-so-magical moments.

There can be some awkward situations you might face while on your vacation. Sharing the Skyliner with a family who is fighting, or overhearing someone ask, “Where’s Hogwarts?” in Hollywood Studios. If you don’t like awkward interactions, you might want to skip this ride on your next trip.

Over at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, there is a lot to see and do. The Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool is the largest wave pool in North America. Every wave— big and small— makes this the ideal place to body surf. But there is one attraction that might be a little awkward.

Miss Adventure Falls is a high-octane family raft attraction that always offers thrills for anyone looking for a nautical adventure. But the raft requires a minimum of 3 people, so if you’re just a party of 2, you have to be with someone else. This could be awkward. You might share a raft with others, and you might get very close while sliding down the ride.

You could end up touching the other guests when sliding around, so if that is not for you or your traveling party, you might want to skip this until you have more people in your group.

  1. Our party of 5 – 3 teens & 2 moms – went to the H2O night last August. Of course the kids did not want to ride with moms & I get that. So my friend & I waited this young couple came up making it the perfect number. They looked at us and literally left the ride!!!! Luckily a dad & daughter rode with us & we all have a lovely time!
