This Is the PERFECT Disney World Restaurant, and I Won’t Be Taking Questions at This Time

Our team is at Disney World every day, and this is our favorite restaurant. Since we don’t gatekeep around here, we had to share it with you.

EPCOT

With so many restaurants to choose from at Disney World, it was hard to narrow it down to the PERFECT restaurant. Our team was polled and lucky for you, we are going to tell you TWO restaurants that are perfect in our eyes and they can do no wrong for us.

The Perfect Restaurant Inside of a Disney World Park

Over in EPCOT, Shiki Sai: Sushi Izakaya has stolen our hearts since it opened in 2023. It’s located in the Japan pavilion and we cannot say enough great things about this restaurant.

Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya menu

Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya is a table-service restaurant presenting a “festive dining experience in a sharable Izakaya-style.” The atmosphere is so authentic and unique that it truly makes us forget we’re dining at Disney World. One of our favorite details is the lanterns on the ceiling.

The lanterns

Yes, we have tried the Chef’s Special Sushi and Sashimi Fune for $300. This is brought out in a boat presentation and features an array of sashimi and sushi. While it’s probably not practical for everyone, it was easily the best sushi we’ve ever had in Disney World! The other dishes we have tried are all phenomenal and even those on our team who aren’t as adventurous with food loved it.

Sushi Boat

Overall, we were very impressed with our experience here. What makes this restaurant great is the fact that there are items on the menu that appease every palette and budget. Plus, the quality and amount of food that you get is amazing for the price.

The Perfect Restaurant at a Disney World Hotel

The perfect Disney World restaurant located in a hotel is Steakhouse 71 for our team. The Contemporary is an opening day hotel, and the name Steakhouse 71 is a nod to the year that Disney World opened in 1971. The hallway leading to the restaurant is filled with photos of opening day.

We love the menu here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food offerings are great and the drinks can be huge! While this isn’t a very unique menu, we do think it’s a restaurant that you can count on for a good meal.

Sage and all the food!

We most recently went and ate lunch at the lounge and it is fantastic. The lounge has access to the full-service bar, but the menu is limited when compared to what you can order in the dining room. The menu is inspired by American favorites. One of our favorite burgers lives here as well!
