Attention Annual Passholders: We Have Good News and Bad News About the NEWEST Exclusive Magnet in Disney World

Sorry Annual Passholders, but we have some bad news. If you’ve yet to pick the most recent exclusive AP magnet — featuring Ray, the firefly from The Princess & the Frog and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure — from EPCOT, you’ll no longer be able to in person.

The magnets, which debuted on January 21st, were supposed to be available at the park until February 28th. However, due to production issues, AP holders will only have a different option to pick up until the end of the month. But, their chance to get their hands on the new magnet hasn’t completely “flown” away forever.

Disney noted the situation on their app and Annual Passholder page, writing ”Please pardon any inconvenience, but the Ray Passholder magnet will no longer be available for pickup at EPCOT after February 16, 2025. From February 17 through February 28, 2025, Passholders will have the opportunity to pick up a Minnie Mouse Passholder magnet at Creations Shop in EPCOT during normal operating hours.”

However, while there was the Minnie Mouse option for in-person pickup, Disney also revealed that Annual Passholders may be able to still get their Ray magnet in the mail!

According to Disney, “Passholders who visit EPCOT between February 17th and February 28th may be eligible to receive a Ray Passholder magnet in the mail later this spring. To receive a Ray magnet, be sure to confirm or update the address for each Passholder in your household, with a valid US mailing address.” If you have already picked up a Ray magnet, you can ALSO pick up the new Minnie Mouse magnet according to Disney’s website.

Keep in mind that when picking up the magnet, Passholders must have valid admission and a theme park reservation for EPCOT on the same date (or you can enter EPCOT without a reservation on a good-to-go day or after 2:00 PM—subject to blockout dates).
