This Magic Kingdom Ride Is SCREAMING for Help Amid Multi-Day Closure Reports

It’s not uncommon for Disney World rides to have issues every now and then.

That’s why they go under refurbishment every now and then — to keep frequent closures from happening, but we’re starting to notice that some rides are struggling right now and might need some TLC. Over in Magic Kingdom specifically, one ride is currently screaming for help, and we’re a little nervous about it.

Below is a full list of the Disney World wait times on January 24th, 2025. As you look at the wait times, you’ll see that the PeopleMover was STRUGGLING, continuing its curse from January 23rd, when the attraction began to report significant downtimes.

Magic Kingdom

We were shocked to see that TRON Lightcycle / Run reached 120+ minutes, but then we were BLOWN out of the WATER to see that the top spot was Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, which had a massive 155-minute wait at the end of the day. However, Magic Kingdom also struggled heavily with ride issues, with eight rides going down throughout the day — the most affected being the PeopleMover (for the second day in a row) and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Epcot

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure hit an 80-minute wait, but what was more surprising to us was how long Spaceship Earth struggled to open. Remy’s also had issues at the beginning and end of the day, but seemed to even out during the middle hours.

Flight of Passage easily won out the highest wait time of 150 minutes! Other wait times also soared a little higher than we’ve seen recently, so Animal Kingdom appears to be quite popular at the moment!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Rise of the Resistance and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster tied with a 120-minute wait for both rides at the beginning of the day! Wait times dropped a little throughout the day, but not by much, so our suggestion is to still rope drop the top attraction if you want to avoid longer lines later in the day.
