We study the average ride wait times in Disney World and report on all the current trends! That way, you can be prepared for your next vacation. So, now that November — and the holiday season — is in full swing, what do the average ride waits look like? Should we be worried or relieved? Let’s find out!

Magic Kingdom
Below is the average weekly wait time for each ride, from shortest to longest wait time.

- Hall of Presidents: 3 minutes
- Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse: 4 minutes
- Carousel of Progress: 5 minutes
- Liberty Square Riverboat: 5 minutes
- Tom Sawyer Island: 7 minutes
- Mad Tea Party: 8 minutes
- Prince Charming Regal Carousel: 9 minutes
- Country Bear Musical Jamboree: 9 minutes
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover: 10 minutes
- Tomorrowland Speedway: 10 minutes
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 10 minutes
- Enchanted Tiki Room: 11 minutes
- Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 11 minutes
- Enchanted Tales with Belle: 11 minutes
- Magic Carpets of Aladdin: 12 minutes
- Mickey’s PhilharMagic: 15 minutes
- it’s a small world: 15 minutes
- Astro Orbiter: 18 minutes
- Pirates of the Caribbean: 18 minutes
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: 21 minutes
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: 23 minutes
- Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 25 minutes
- Haunted Mansion: 28 minutes
- Space Mountain: 28 minutes
- Jingle Cruise: 38 minutes
- Peter Pan’s Flight: 42 minutes

- TRON Lightcycle / Run: 66 minutes
Wait times at Magic Kingdom were pretty average for this time of year, with TRON Lightcycle / Run increasing along with Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

- Walt Disney Presents: 1 minute
- Star Tours – The Adventures Continue: 10 minutes
- Muppet*Vision 3D: 10 minutes
- Alien Swirling Saucers: 25 minutes
- Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: 32 minutes
- Toy Story Mania: 36 minutes
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run: 38 minutes
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith: 43 minutes
- Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway: 44 minutes
- Rise of the Resistance: 49 minutes
- Slinky Dog Dash: 86 minutes
Hollywood Studios’ highest average wait time award this week goes to Slinky Dog Dash — which was actually the highest average wait in all of Disney World by about 15 minutes.
EPCOT

- Journey into Imagination: 12 minutes
- Turtle Talk with Crush: 16 minutes
- Mission: SPACE: 16 minutes
- Living with the Land: 18 minutes

- The Seas with Nemo and Friends: 18 minutes
- Soarin’: 38 minutes
- Frozen Ever After: 54 minutes
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure: 61 minutes
The wait times in EPCOT increased just slightly compared to last week, but a majority of average waits hovered within a minute or so of what we saw just a week ago.
(NOTE: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not currently use a standby queue, so it’s not included here.)

- The Boneyard: 0 minutes
- TriceraTop Spin: 7 minutes
- It’s Tough to Be a Bug: 11 minutes
- Kali River Rapids: 20 minutes
- Dinosaur: 20 minutes
- Expedition Everest: 24 minutes
- Kilimanjaro Safaris: 43 minutes
- Na’vi River Journey: 47 minutes
- Avatar Flight of Passage: 69 minutes
Animal Kingdom’s wait times also increased by a few minutes on average this week. With Disney World entering the busy holiday season, it’s likely we’ll only see wait times increase from here!

Increase in wait times in the past few years is totally related to multiple rides in a park being “down” for hours at a time. It would be wonderful if Disney could take a portion of what has now become exorbitant ticket prices and actually fixed the issues that cause the break downs.
