The Universal Orlando Mardi Grad: International Flavors of Carnaval is returning in 2025! The event will take place from February 1st through March 30th, 2025. We’re expecting savory snacks, live music, a parade, and more!

From the epic Mardi Gras parade to the impressive lineup of live entertainment, Universal is the place to BE! The best part is that all of this is included with a regular park ticket — no need to buy a special party ticket.

Now, let’s talk about one specific party highlights you might want to enjoy. Universal confirmed that the popular Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience will return in 2025. This is a FUN one — in addition to a full meal, you get an exclusive opportunity to be part of the Mardi Gras parade with a reserved spot aboard a Mardi Gras parade float! Who doesn’t want to toss beads at adoring fans?!
