The Crowds Were Acting STRANGE in Disney World, and We Have the Wait Times To Prove It

It’s the weekend before Halloween in Disney World, and that often means that things are BUSY!

With lots of spots around Orlando hosting special events for the season, such as Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Orlando and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World, yeah, the parks are busy! However, when we looked at wait times from yesterday, we got VERY confused.​

Here’s a full look at the Disney World wait times on October 26th, 2024.

Magic Kingdom

This was a very…interesting day in Magic Kingdom. TRON Lightcycle / Run had the highest wait time of the day at 105 minutes but towards the END of the day! Not to mention that a whopping eight RIDES closed throughout the day, some of them being the most popular in the park, and yet we didn’t see wait times skyrocket. A strange day, for sure.

EPCOT continued with the strange trend. We saw Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure hit a 90-minute wait at midday, but Soarin’ was often up higher than both Remy’s and Frozen Ever After multiple times throughout the day! That’s often not something we see, but apparently, the entirety of EPCOT wanted to soar over the world yesterday.

So, it seems that Animal Kingdom was relatively empty because while Flight of Passage hit an 80-minute wait, it was only for one hour. For the remainder of the day, it sat around 60 minutes, which isn’t terrible for one of the most popular rides in the entire resort.
