Over the years, we’ve seen literally thousands of Disney souvenirs.
We visit Disney World gift shops every day and we check the Disney Store online frequently to look for new merchandise, so we’ve scoped out a wide variety of merchandise items. But some items definitely stick in our minds more than others!
During one of our recent scrolls through new products on the Disney Store, we spotted this Jabba the Hutt Holiday Plush and we just have to say…WHO asked for this?! It’s both terrifying and completely amusing at the same time. We can’t turn away!
Is he holly jolly or absolutely disgusting? We suppose we’ll let you decide. All we’re saying is that this would probably be an EXCELLENT gag gift for your Star Wars-obsessed friend.

Weirdly, this isn’t the first time we’ve been caught off guard by a Disney souvenir. It makes us think of times when other souvenirs have made us scratch our heads. For instance, did anyone else see those $500+ kaleidoscope glasses that were sold in Disney Springs? Pray tell, what is the POINT of these?!
And then of course, we can’t fail to mention the frankly TERRIFYING Ewok collectors’ plush that came out last year. His eyes are incredibly unsettling. Is anyone else nervous right now?
Outside of that, there are plenty of souvenirs that nearly make our eyes bug out of our heads, simply for the price. WHO is actually spending $285,000 on a crystal model of Cinderella Castle? You could buy an actual house for that money!
If EPCOT is more your style, you could knock down the price by about $200K and purchase the Crystal Spaceship Earth Model. MUCH more demure.
So the next time you gawk at a Disney souvenir in surprise, know that you’re probably not the only ones — we’ve been there, done that! But of course, make sure to share your thoughts with us so we can all laugh (or be traumatized) together!

That plush Jabba belongs in my collection! But I suspect I’m one of the few who will want it and will wait until Christmas closeouts at Disneystore.com like I did with my Darth Vader holding the Christmas gift plus last year that looked like it belonged in a Saturday Night Live skit. IYKYK.
