Disney World has several bars and lounges with some pretty amazing themes.

Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort channels the heyday of 1950s tiki lounges. AbracadaBar at Disney’s Boardwalk is a place where magicians used to hang out (or so the story goes). Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs has an Indiana Jones theme. There’s also Enchanted Rose, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, which has a Beauty and the Beast theme. But is this lounge worth visiting? Well, let’s get into it.
As we mentioned, Enchanted Rose has a Beauty and the Beast-inspired theme, as its name suggests. You’ll find details that nod to the classic fairytale throughout the lounge and its various rooms, including the formal library, the garden room, and the outdoor patio.

From 3:30PM to 10PM, you can order off the snacks menu at Enchanted Rose, although you can order heartier appetizers from 5PM to 10PM. Now we visited earlier in the day when only the snacks menu was available. So we’re going to tell you about the drinks and snacks we tried.
Starting with drinks, we got the Manhattan, which was $26.50. It’s made with Whistle Pig 10yr Straight Rye Whiskey, Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters. We’ll just warn you that we think you can find other Manhattans in Disney World that are better, especially considering the price. This drink was very strong on the whiskey flavor, although you get a touch of orange flavor from the bitters.

We also tried the Espresso Martini for $16. It’s made with Stoli Vanil Vodka, espresso, and Crème de Cacao. This pretty drink is not the sweetest espresso martini we’ve ever had, but we liked that it had a very robust coffee flavor. If you want something sweeter, though, you can request that the bartender add Bailey’s to it.

So let’s talk about the snacks. This is where we were truly disappointed. The Warm Marinated Olives for $9 had a decent flavor, but they were so oily that it just made them very greasy and unappealing.

With that being said, we think we might have liked the food better had we arrived after 5PM, but we’re still not big fans of paying $30 for a drink when you can get the same drink for less elsewhere in Disney World. It might be worth it to visit this lounge if you love Beauty and the Beast, but if you order any food and drinks, it could get pricey, especially if you’re on a budget.

Have you ever been to Enchanted Rose? What were your impressions of this lounge? Let us know in the comments!
You are correct, it is absolutely not worth it. The old bar “Mizner’s” was so much better, and matched the theme of the hotel perfectly. (Still waiting to hear what “Beauty and the Beast” has to do with the theme of old Florida). The drinks are very overpriced and there’s no atmosphere or music. Getting rid of the Grand Floridian Orch. was one of the worst decisions Disney management has ever made. Food is good, but again, pricey. Service is usually good and staff is friendly, but that alone does not make a great bar. To be avoided.
so true, Enchanted Rose is for the decor….the pricing is typical over priced GF property. Nothing is bad…..just priced for Igor’s wallet
