It’s certainly no secret that major changes are in store for Disney World over the next several years.

The Tropical Americas retheme is already in progress at DinoLand, U.S.A. in Animal Kingdom, and we can’t wait for the Villains Land and Cars area rethemes at Magic Kingdom, either. While those changes might be a ways away, we found some clues that more construction is coming up soon.

We’re always on the hunt for the latest construction permits Disney has filed to get an idea of what projects might be on the horizon around the parks and more! We search for Notices of Commencement to find out what sort of work might be going on. Let’s take a look at what we found this time around!

You might run into some construction at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort if you’re heading there soon. A new permit was filed for general construction, so we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for any major changes. As of now, we haven’t spotted any warnings on the Disney World website so we’re not sure what sort of impact this permit could have on any upcoming stays.

We also spotted a permit for the Contemporary Resort near Magic Kingdom. It’s also for general construction, which doesn’t tell us a whole lot, but it does mean we’ll need to be on the lookout for any potential changes coming to this hotel.

At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run may be getting a refresh in the near future, based on this new permit. The description is to “Provide labor, material, and/or electrical for construction” which could mean anything. The contractor listed on the permit is one of Disney’s in-house contractors, Buena Vista Construction Company.

Our final permit update brings us to EPCOT, where The Seas pavilion may be getting some updates. We spotted a general construction permit, but it’s pretty vague. This permit could end up being for the Nemo ride,
