BOO! Ready or not, the Halloween season is in full force at Disney World.
And while there are plenty of festive eats, souvenirs, and more for us to sink our vampire teeth into, sometimes the scariest part of Halloween at the parks isn’t spooky-themed at all — it’s the wait times!
If you’re planning a trip to Disney World during the upcoming spooky season or maybe even during the winter holidays, you might want to know how to avoid those long wait times.
Our top tips for avoiding long lines without spending any extra money are to rope drop the parks (get there right when — or before — they open), get in line during meal times or parades and fireworks, or wait until people start leaving for the night!
You can also take advantage of things like Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours depending on what Disney hotel you’re staying at. These offerings allow hotel guests to get a little extra time in the parks before everyone else gets there.
And, you can always take advantage of Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass! These are skip-the-line services that allow you to bypass the standby lines at popular Disney World rides. It’s party season, so going to MK when the park closes early for MNSSHP will get you very short lines throughout the morning and early afternoon before the party guests arrive. Yes, the park closes earlier and you won’t get fireworks, but you will have ample time to see all the attractions you want, and many of them multiple times.
