Could Another Tropical Storm Be Headed for Disney World? Here’s What We’re Seeing.

As Tropical Storm Debby continues to move across the Northeast United States bringing heavy rain to multiple states, a new disturbance is being monitored in the Atlantic.

Hurricane Debby made landfall last week in Florida and has caused severe flooding across the United States as she slowly makes her way up the coast. Debby has moved out of Florida, but there may be another storm making its way towards Disney World.

STORM UPDATES

There is a disturbance in the Atlantic Ocean that is currently being monitored by the National Hurricane Center. While we likely won’t see this disturbance form into a tropical depression within the next 48 hours, the disturbance has a high chance of forming into a tropical depression in the next seven days.

According to WINK News, there is a 70% chance that this system will form into a tropical storm or tropical depression within the next seven days. The system is currently moving in a west-northwestward direction and will likely approach parts of the Greater Antilles as soon as the middle of next week.
