Why You Should Stay at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Hotel on This Random November Weekend

Every year there are a multitude of reasons why you’d want to make the trek down to Disney World. Maybe you’re into the latest rides and you’re looking to get on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Maybe you’re into all the live shows so you’re stoked about seeing Indiana Jones or Anna, Elsa, and the rest of the gang over at Hollywood Studios. But let’s be honest. Your heart is really about all the food at Disney (ours is too)! Speaking of food, there’s an event that happens on one random weekend in November, and we think it’s the perfect reason for you to make a trip down to Disney World and stay at Disney Swan and Dolphin Hotel!

What’s this event that’s happening in November? Glad you asked! We’re talking about the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic! It’s back for its 15th year.

It features food and beverage booths from a TON of vendors including some directly from the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve hotels, and non-stop live entertainment.

This year, the event is happening on November 15th and 16th, 2024. You can purchase tickets for either of the nights starting at $195 per person. There is also a “Two Night Event Bundle” that you can purchase that gives you a 15% discount for attending both nights. The pricing is $165.75 per night, for a total of $353.94.

This event takes place in the causeway between the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resorts. It’s got a free-flowing and lively atmosphere that allows visitors to enjoy themselves as they taste and sample food and drink from 5:30PM to 9:30PM.

Honestly, we’ve loved the food options we’ve had in the past such as the Kimono Rolls that Kimonos brought for their booth.

We also loved Il Mulino’s Gorgonzola Cheese Filled Agnolotti.

Also, we can’t talk enough about the chips, salsa, and guac dip from Rosa Mexicano.

Those only just scratch the surface of what’s available, not to mention the live entertainment.

Overall, we’ve had great experiences at the Food & Wine Classic in the past, and we won’t lie. They are pricey events, but if you get past the sticker shock, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy the unique atmosphere, entertainment, and the chance to sample multiple restaurants and drink options until your heart’s content!
