Hey Disney World? If You Could Fix These Ride Issues, That’d Be Great.

Summer is pretty brutal in Disney World. The heat is intense, so it’s important to stay as hydrated as possible.

Animal Kingdom

It seems that people aren’t the only ones having issues at Disney World during this HOT season. Yesterday, July 12th, multiple rides in each Disney World park had tons of issues (some of the largest attractions, too!), leaving us wondering, what the heck is happening?

Magic Kingdom

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train had the longest wait time (no surprise there), but it was only 70 minutes, and we don’t think that’s too bad for a Friday in the middle of summer! However, multiple rides closed throughout the day — Space Mountain, Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh, Barnstormer, Carousel of Progress, and Prince Charming Regal Carrousel all had major issues towards the second half of the day.

Epcot

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure had the highest wait of 75 minutes, and thankfully, the park didn’t suffer from too many ride closures. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Frozen Ever After both closed throughout the day, but only for about an hour!

Animal Kingdom had quite a rough day — Flight of Passage had the highest wait of 140 minutes, but multiple rides had trouble, including the two biggest rides in the park: Na’vi River Journey and Flight of Passage. Kali River Rapids and TriceraTop Spin also had issues as well, which isn’t great for a park with so few rides!

Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash both tied at 85 minutes, and, to no one’s surprise, no one’s surprised to hear that this park wasn’t immune to the ride closure issues. Both Rise of the Resistance and Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy both had closures throughout the day.
