Are you planning a trip to Disney World? If you are, you’re probably already making a list of everything you need to think about.

First, maybe you’ve figured out your budget for your trip. You’ve probably already thought about how long you want to visit, what kind of park tickets you want, and where to stay. You’ll also need to figure out how to get to Disney World, but like most visitors, it’s likely you’ll be flying into Orlando International Airport. The good news is that Orlando International Airport is adding new nonstop flights all of the time, so that makes getting to Disney World even easier.
So let’s take a look at all the nonstop flights added to Orlando International Airport in June 2024.
IberoJet

- Madrid, Spain (Seasonal — once a week on Sundays through September 8th)
Delta

- London Heathrow (in partnership with Virgin Atlantic 4x/week from October 26th, 2024 through March 29th, 2025)

So now you have a lot more options for flying into Orlando International Airport. If you’re headed to Disney World, you’ll also need to figure out HOW to get to the resort from the airport. You have several options, including renting a car, rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, and a shared shuttle service like Mears Connect driven by Sunshine.

When flying OUT of Orlando International Airport, you’ll also want to give yourself at least three hours before your departure time, which may sound like a lot, but security can be VERY backed up there. Our best advice is to use the FREE MCO Reserve service to reserve a spot in a shorter security line ahead of your return flight. Of course, TSA PreCheck can get you a shorter security line at Orlando, too.
