CONFIRMED: Everything Coming to Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2024

We are halfway to the holidays, and we recently got LOTS of holiday announcements from Disney World! We are already dreaming about all the festive decorations and delicious treats!

We got news about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, and Disney Jollywood Nights. Let’s take a look at everything we know about Disney Jollywood Nights!

Disney Jollywood Nights is returning this year to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This holiday celebration will be taking place on select nights to help you celebrate the holiday season with lots of glitz and glitter. You can join the festivities on select nights from November 9th to December 21st, 2024.

Disney Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed event that happens on select evenings from 7:30PM until 12:30AM. With a ticket to the event, you can get into Disney’s Hollywood Studios as early as 6PM. The event is 5 hours of holiday fun complete with lots of entertainment, character meet and greets, themed food, and much more.

Disney World recently released a lot of information about this special event, and we are going over EVERYTHING that has been confirmed for Disney Jollywood Nights 2024. So, let’s get into it!

Event Dates

First off, we have the official dates that the event will be happening. The event only occurs on certain nights, so if you are hoping to go, make sure you take a look at the dates. This year you can attend Disney Jollywood Nights on the following dates:

• November 9, 13, 16, 18, 23, 25 and 30
• December 2, 7, 11, 14, 18 and 21

Ticket Prices

Disney hasn’t revealed the exact prices for each of the event nights, but we do know that the tickets will cost between $159 to $179 per ticket, plus tax. We expect to be able to see exact prices once tickets become available. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning July 10th, 2024. If you are staying at a select Disney World hotel, you can begin booking early on July 2nd, 2024.

Live Entertainment

There is a lot of entertainment options at Disney Jollywood Nights. You can watch a variety of shows, join a dance party, and view a special fireworks show.

You can watch Disney Holidays in Hollywood, which is a spirited holiday show with music and dancing that is hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy.  Additionally, you can join a lively holiday street fair with colorful décor and spirited musicians at Holiday Fiesta en la Calle, with appearances from José Carioca and Panchito from The Three Caballeros.

You can also watch What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along at the Hyperion Theater. This show is a sing along that takes you on a dreamlike adventure.

You can join a dance party with Edna Mode at Pixar Plaza! There is also a Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel. The Twilight Soirée features live bands and cocktails for purchase.  As well, a new entertainment option this year will be a skating spectacular on Hollywood Boulevard. Skaters will be performing to holiday tunes in this twist on the traditional ice show.

You can also check out the fireworks show called Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! that occurs at 10PM during the event. The show features fireworks, lasers, lights, projections, and merry music.

Character Meet and Greets

In addition to plenty of live entertainment, you will also find a wide variety of rare character meet and greets during the event.

During Jollywood Nights 2024 you can meet the following characters:

• Baloo and King Louie from Talespin – appearing at Echo Lake
• José Carioca or Panchito from The Three Caballeros – appearing at Animation Courtyard
• Bo Peep or Lotso from the Toy Story movies – appearing at the entrance to Toy Story Land
• Phineas and Ferb – appearing at Echo Lake
• Max Goof as Powerline – appearing at Echo Lake
• Rescue Rangers Chip ‘n’ Dale – appearing at Echo Lake
• Santa Stitch – appearing at Celebrity Spotlight at Echo Lake
• Santa Duffy – appearing at Santa’s Workshop at Grand Avenue
• Edna Mode and Frozone from The Incredibles – appearing at Pixar Plaza
• Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck – appearing on Hollywood Boulevard near Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
• Goofy and Pluto – appearing by Pixar Plaza
• Minnie Mouse – appearing at Red Carpet Dreams on Commissary Lane

And this is not an exhaustive list, as Disney World stated that there may be even more characters you can meet.

Attractions

There is lots to do during the event, and if you are looking for even more activities, you can also ride some of the most popular rides in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The following attractions have been confirmed that they will be open during the event:

• Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
• Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
• Slinky Dog Dash
• Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (standby line offered)
• The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

Snacks, Sweets, and Sips

The live entertainment, character meet and greets, and attractions are not the only things available. You can also enjoy a variety of holiday snacks, sweets, and sips that are exclusive to the event. These treats are available throughout the park for purchase. Disney hasn’t released a list of all the dishes available at this year’s event yet, but we will keep you updated once we learn more. While we wait, you can also check out all the 2023 Jollywood Nights eats!

You can also enjoy craft cocktails and light bites as part of the Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby. The food and drinks at this event are an additional purchase, but you will be able to enjoy them while listening to a pianist playing holiday tunes. Reservations are strongly recommended for this experience.

Additionally, on your way out of the park, you will be able to pick up a Wondermade sweet treat. This treat is included with your ticket and is a great way to end the night on a sweet note!

Photo Ops

There will also be festive photo ops available throughout the park, and your event tickets includes digital downloads of your photos and videos from the event! If you have been looking for a way to get a great family photo, look no further. There will be special effects and opportunities for specialty image captures.

Exclusive Merchandise

Last but not least, you can also grab a variety of event exclusive merchandise. You can purchase this merchandise to commemorate your evening at Disney Jollywood Nights. There will also be lots of merchandise available featuring Ollie the jolly gingerbread man.
