Okay, so you’ve made it to Disney World and you’re up bright and early, with Joffrey’s or Starbucks in hand at EPCOT to rope drop.
If you’re like most folks, you’re probably headed straight to World Showcase to rope drop one of two popular rides there, but we’re going to warn you: which ride you choose to rope drop matters.
The two most popular rides in World Showcase are Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in France and Frozen Ever After in Norway. With Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure being the newer ride, you might think it’s the ride you should head straight for at rope drop, but we’re going to tell you differently. Wait times for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure are generally long, and that includes at rope drop. Yesterday, on June 19th, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure had a wait of 70 minutes at park open.
However, wait times for Frozen Ever After are generally lower at rope drop, so if you’re going to rope drop a ride in World Showcase, head to the Norway Pavilion and rope drop that one. Yesterday’s rope drop wait time for Frozen Ever After was just 35 minutes.

Personally, I believe where you enter the park is a factor. If you enter from the front, by all means, go to Frozen Ever After. If you enter per the skyliner, go to Remy.
