“Easily the Best of This Trip” — FINALLY More Disney Adults Are Hyping Up an AllEars Favorite Restaurant

Disney World is full of great restaurants — but there are so many to choose from, it can be hard to pick.

It’s hard to beat Disney World food!

Chances are you’ve heard us talk about the popular spots that everyone needs to try at least once, but what about the restaurants that tend to fly under the radar? Well, one AllEars reader experienced this firsthand and left a glowing review of an underrated dining location!

Disney Vacation Planner

Over at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, you’ll find Sebastian’s Bistro! This table service restaurant serves up Latin flavors blended with Caribbean cuisine. The decor at the casual restaurant helps the space resemble a “tropical beachfront home,” with coral patterns, kelp filigree, and nautical art and designs.

We’ve had some seriously great meals here, but because it’s at a Disney World hotel that’s a bit off the beaten path (not actually off the path any more thanks to the Skyliner!) it’s often overlooked. Right now, Sebastian’s Bistro is only open for dinner and serves a family-style meal — but trust us, it’s a darn good meal.

Sebastian’s is also one of the more affordable all-you-care-to-enjoy options at Disney World. Adults cost $38 per person while kiddos cost $20. But, that gets you Buttery House-baked Pull-apart Rolls, Salad, Oven-roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-rubbed Beef. with Mojito Relish, and Sustainable Baked Fish with Veracruz Sauce, and plenty of sides — plus dessert.

But, don’t take our word for it! AllEars reader stallisman gave a glowing 10-star review of Sebastian’s on our review page on May 6th, 2024, and said:

“Family style is our favorite dining, so Sebastian’s Bistro was an easy choice. What made this special over other similar family-style dining was the Caribbean flavor, sauces, and preparation that came with the regular chicken, pork, and beef options. Plus there was fish included in this meal. As with other family-style dining, there was plenty of food, and when ordering more of an item, the food came quickly. The service was very good. Easily the best of this trip, and now one of my favorite restaurants in WDW.”
