As we were saying, there’s one ride at Disney World that the Disney pros avoid at all costs. We’re talking about Peter Pan’s Flight.

Now, before you start thinking that these “experts” are all heartless grinches, let’s be clear that Peter Pan’s Flight is a classic for a reason. It whisks you away to Neverland on a whimsical journey alongside Peter Pan and Wendy, which is perfect for young children captivated by the story.

However, for some adults, this ride can be an instant recipe for motion sickness. The jerky, swooping motions as you soar over London and through Neverland can leave them feeling less than magical.

Here’s the thing: Disney experts know their limits, and for some, Peter Pan’s Flight just isn’t worth the risk. Also, this is quite a short ride at less than 3 minutes, which makes it incredibly hard to justify waiting in line for over 80+ minutes on what feels like average with this one. (For the Disney expert, anything over 30-45 minutes really isn’t worth waiting for.)

This isn’t to say that you should skip Peter Pan’s Flight all of the time. Truly if it’s your jam, by all means, ride it! Just remember that there are a ton of other amazing rides and shows to explore.
