The Riviera Resort is one of Disney’s newest resorts. The resort takes inspiration from hotels along Europe’s Mediterranean coast. Here, guests can board the Skyliner and have access to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.

3. Disney’s Contemporary Resort

The Contemporary opened alongside Disney World on October 1st, 1971. This resort is filled with a lot of history and is within walking distance of Magic Kingdom. Other perks include a monorail station INSIDE the hotel and connection to the EPCOT monorail.

The number one rated resort based on your reviews is the Wilderness Lodge! This resort features calming scenery and can make you feel transported to the wilderness. Did you know that the Wilderness Lodge has a geyser?

This resort has 78 reviews and was given a rating of 9.14/10 and 95% of reviewers would recommend this resort. Many of you pointed out that the ambiance is what makes this resort so great. The boat transportation to Magic Kingdom is a nice additional perk of staying here.
