All you have to do is complete the Garden Graze over at the 2024 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival and that Dole Whip prize is all yours!

You can find the details about the returning Garden Graze experience in your festival passport. To bag that Dole Whip prize, you’re going to need to purchase 5 qualifying food items from Flower and Garden booths around EPCOT. There are 9 options to choose from this year.

Now, it cost us about $30 to purchase all of these items. Do we think it’s worth it? Well, the prize is a Dole Whip Lime with Minute Maid Lemonade and Mango Smoothie Mix, which is not something you can get in Disney World UNLESS you participate in the Garden Graze. That alone makes it worth it. It also makes sense if you’re planning on eating these festival items anyway to just get the stamp for the free snack, right?
