We have been tracking this new snack spot since the moment the walls went up around it!
But, Ice Cold Hydraulics is now officially OPEN in Hollywood Studios, which means you know we had to go check it out! The new snack spot serves up both sweet and savory bites with a variety of frozen drinks, too. Let’s dig in!
We are so excited to share with you our first impressions and thoughts on this BRAND NEW location located right outside of MuppetVision 3D at Hollywood Studios — Ice Cold Hydraulics!
Starting off, we had the Bouncin’ Mini Churros for $8.99! These are savory churros topped with Coca-Cola and Bourbon candied bacon, sriracha aioli, and scallions.
They were definitely savory, with a very apparent Coca-Cola flavor to them. We really liked the bacon because it added some depth with a salty, meaty flavor!
The ones at the bottom were just normal churros because they lacked the savory toppings, making the ones on the top better because of it. We didn’t think it was spicy at all!
Next up are the Cinnamon Rolls for $8.99! These are mini cinnamon rolls topped with Coca-Cola-infused glaze and toasted nuts.
These bad boys were very sticky. The center was soft but the edges were on the drier side, making the overall texture really dry. There’s not a lot of Coca-Cola flavor to them but they did have a smoky element to them but we really thought they tasted like normal cinnamon rolls.
We ended with the Lemonade Slushy for $5.79!
Oh man, we thought this was really good! This drink was the perfect blend of sweet and tart and we liked it better than regular lemonade. While not particularly special, we really enjoyed it and thought it was a solid addition!
We think this snack spot is pretty good and would definitely get the churros again. We’d steer away from the cinnamon rolls just because they were super sticky and rather plain, but that could just be the batch we got!
Over in Hollywood Studios, it’s time to try some new EATS! The brand new Ice Cold Hydraulics is OPEN today, and here’s what we’ve got:

There are no hours posted anywhere on the Disney World website just yet or anywhere at the quick-service spot, but we confirmed with a Cast Member that Ice Cold Hydraulics will be open from park open to park close daily.
