This meeting could be very pivotal for the Company, as Disney’s selected 12 nominees will run against the Trian Group’s and Blackwells Capital’s nominees for seats on Disney’s Board of Directors. If you’re a seasoned shareholder or new to the process, it’s important to stay up to date on how to vote on said nominees. Disney is making the process easier with a fun video on how to vote.

The best part? It’s a CARTOON! Professor Ludwig von Drake will walk you along the process – step by step.

It’s adorable because we get to see some of our favorite Disney characters. It made us giggle a bit, though, because Disney not-so-subtly reminds you to vote using the white proxy card, and that the other two can “be discarded.”

If you own shares in The Walt Disney Company, make sure to be on the lookout for an email with your ballot, OR a physical ballot packet in the mail.
