The Best Burger I’ve Ever Had Came from a Theme Park Hotel. Yes, Really!

We’ve eaten at some pretty stellar places so for a meal to make a lasting impression on us it’s got to really be THAT good!

Disney World hotels are hidden gems when it comes to great dining options for anything like sit-down restaurants, lounges, and even quick service meals but nothing has quite topped one of the best Disney World meals we’ve had yet!

If you’ve ever found yourself really craving something specific and you’ve got an idea in your mind of how that should taste, almost nothing will satisfy you until you’ve really nailed it. We’ve run into this same scenario a few times before and it can be a tough call to make when choosing what to eat at a Disney World restaurant.

When you think of burgers at Disney World, most people tend to think about the options available to them inside the theme parks. While we totally can understand why they’re top of mind during your vacation, they wouldn’t exactly be our first pick.

We’re telling you, without a DOUBT, the best burger we’ve ever had at Disney World came from Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

This relatively new restaurant recently replaced The Wave… of American Flavors’ location and really took everyone by surprise at just how good their menu items have been. If you’ve ever found yourself really itching for the best burger you can find, look no further than the Stack Burger here.

This burger is made of Steakhouse 71’s signature blend of beef, pork belly, American cheese, lemon aïoli, red onion, and house-made pickles, set inside a brioche bun. The burger is also paired with a choice of either a petite Caesar salad, parmesan fries, or pasta salad for $23.

We’re not joking when we say this is a “roll-up-your-sleeves, open-your-mouth-as-wide-as-you-can” kind of burger! It’s also a meal we’ve tried repeatedly, and it’s never disappointed us. This burger’s going to have a diner-style vibe and taste to it that is smashed on the griddle (you know the ones!) You get a ton of salt and a little bit of grease but in the best way possible. And, the cheese is all drippy and melty and amazing, seriously — it’s super delicious!
