The Kingdom Day Parade in Los Angeles welcomed royalty as their honorary grand marshall.
We’ve had a lot of buzz around Princess Tiana lately with her brand new ride debuting in both Disney World and Disneyland soon. However, she was recently chosen for a special title kicking off a long-standing tradition on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day!
Los Angeles just wrapped up its 39th annual Kingdom Day Parade in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day and they had a star-studded cast in attendance.
Princess Tiana led the way as their Honorary Grand Marshall…
…trailed by a few other familiar pals like Mickey and Minnie Mouse…
… along with the Disney Ambassadors.
Over 200 Cast Members participated in the parade. Together, they represent Disneyland’s diversity resource groups along with their family and friends. This parade is currently the nation’s largest and longest-running Kingdom Day celebration.
