When Will ‘The Marvels’ Be Available to Stream on Disney+?

In 2023, Disney gave us a bunch of new movies for all sorts of fans including Pixar and Marvel.

Despite originally tanking at the box office, Elemental became a hit at international box offices and on Disney+. In November, we got to see Wish, an all-new animated film in theaters. That month also brought us a new Marvel movie and now that it has been out for a couple of months, people are starting to wonder WHEN it will be available on Disney+!

We’re talking about The Marvels which was released in theaters on November 10th! This movie features Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau who get their powers entangled with one another forcing them to work together to save the universe. It’s the latest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

So when will The Marvels be on Disney+? Well, Disney has still not released an official release date for the movie on its streaming service, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have any idea when that will be. Let’s take a look at past Marvel movies and their timeline from theater to streaming.

Here’s a look at the timelines for Marvel movies in the past couple of years:

• Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 premiered in theaters on May 5th, 2023, and on Disney+ on August 2nd, 2023
• Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania premiered in theaters on February 17th, 2023, and on Disney+ on May 17th, 2023
• Black Panther: Wakanda Forever premiered in theaters on November 11th, 2022, and on Disney+ on February 1st, 2023

Based on these past movies, we can likely expect The Marvels to be available to stream on Disney+ around the beginning of February. It could come out exactly three months later on February 10th, 2024 like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania did in 2023. Or, it could be even earlier than that if it follows the same path as Black Panther: Wakana Forever (however this release was likely moved up to honor Black History Month). We’ll have to wait and see for sure, but you can expect it at the beginning of February!

Although there is no Disney+ date, the movie will be released on digital on January 16th, 2024. 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD will release on February 13th.

UPDATE: The Marvels will be released on Disney+ on February 7th, 2024.
