Don’t Underestimate the Power of THIS Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Tip

Finding time to do EVERYTHING during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is just about near impossible, especially without a plan.

55 minutes

Between hunting down the party-exclusive souvenirs, treats, and merchandise, finding time to spend in some of the longest lines of the night might seem like a fever dream to consider, but we’ve got a tip that could save you time AND help you accomplish even more than you thought possible.

Some of the longest lines of the night during the MVMCP will stem from the rare characters to be visited. Party-goers will line up for hours for the opportunity to meet with exclusive characters like Sandy Claws Jack Skellington and the Seven Dwarfs.

However, if you’re looking to do the most and get the best value for your party ticket, we’ve got a hot tip that will save you HOURS! During the event, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will perform (weather permitting) twice each night. If you’re willing to risk it and sacrifice seeing one of those parade times, meeting with the characters that are notorious for the longest lines just before the parade starts could be the “golden hour” to meet them.

The line was LONG!

We used this strategy to meet with Jack Skellington and the Seven Dwarfs and our total wait times were exponentially lower with only spending between 20-45 minutes in their lines.

Hiya Jack!

Since the parade performs multiple times through the night, this could be a great strategy to help you knock out some of the longest lines at their absolute shortest of the night while still having time to enjoy other offerings through the night and not leaving feeling totally defeated.

We suggest skipping the early parade in favor of the character meet and greets if you are going to be there late. It’s usually more crowded, and we have occasionally seen the character meet and greets wrap up before the party closes — we don’t want you to miss them!
