With Halloween completely behind us and the holiday season right around the corner, it’s time for Disney World to fully embrace the festive spirits!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (2022)

With the Disney Parks getting a jumpstart on their holiday decorating, we were starting to get antsy awaiting the festivities. Fortunately, Disney World is returning a popular seasonal event at Magic Kingdom and we have a FIRST LOOK at some parade floats!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is, of course, the seasonal event in question. Back for a 25-night celebration, MVMCP will cost you between $159-199 per adult and $149-189 per child ages 3-9.

The time has finally come!

The steep price point can be worth it though, as the event includes complimentary cookies and drinks at designated points throughout Magic Kingdom and features holiday-inspired shows, dance parties, a fireworks spectacular, holiday overlays on select rides such as Space Mountain and Jungle Cruise, and a snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A.!

Not only that, but MVMCP is returning its popular Christmas parade!

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at Magic Kingdom is a festive procession of iconic Disney characters that also features Santa Claus on his sleigh all along Main Street, U.S.A! You can catch it twice per night at either 8:30PM or 11PM.

A Magic Kingdom parade wouldn’t be complete without Chip, and Dale!

Matching the theme of the wintery holiday season, we were able to spot Frozen standouts Olaf and Elsa.

It looks like Goofy is back this year on his giant candy machine! The creativity of this float is definitely a standout.

The Clarabelle float has also returned! She is looking fabulous, as always.

The dancing gingerbread men are back! A little bit silly and a lot cute, these dancing holiday snacks have become staples of this parade.

No parade can be completed without the Disney Princesses.

Hanging out together in her carriage, Cinderella and her steed are an especially nice touch as we celebrate Disney100.

The ever-popular Nutcracker Soldiers had to return, as they are without doubt a fan-favorite!

They’re back!

And as promised, here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus, right down Santa Claus la- err- Main Street, U.S.A! The purest highlight of this parade is watching Santa wave to all his nearby fans.

MVMCP runs on select nights from November 9th through December 22nd and tickets can be purchased on the Walt Disney World website alongside the My Disney Experience app. For all the details on this event, CLICK HERE to view our fact sheet.
