Disney World isn’t just dark rides, roller coasters, and character meet and greets.
It’s also home to not one, but two different water parks! Blizzard Beach has been closed for quite a while — since March to be exact. We’ve been waiting to see a reopening announcement from Disney, and now we think we might have spotted a HUGE hint.
Disney World’s website has a whole lot of information about what you can expect from the parks throughout this holiday season, and it looks like that might just include Blizzard Beach! Does this mean the park will be reopening soon?
Disney hasn’t made any official announcements yet, but it’s interesting to note that the calendar doesn’t show any opening dates or times for their other water park, Typhoon Lagoon as of November 5th.
Lately, Disney has only been operating one water park at a time based on demand. Right now, Typhoon Lagoon is open and Blizzard Beach is closed — could Disney be preparing to open this winter wonderland-themed park for the holiday season? It’s possible, but we’ll have to wait and see for an official announcement.
