ALERT: We Are One Step Closer To Having This Disney World Hotel Return to Normal

Staying at a Disney World hotel has a lot of perks.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

You can access free transportation to the theme parks and even get extra time in the parks. There are great restaurant options and fun theming. But, one thing that can be a negative is when those resorts have construction ongoing.

Over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, there has been construction overtaking the inside and the outside of the hotel. Earlier last week we saw that the lobby construction is coming to an end. The large wooden walls and floor in the grand lobby were removed, but some of the boards around the upper floors remained.

Now, there’s a new change in the construction. The construction that was blocking the view from the railing that looks onto the lobby is now replaced by white curtains on some floors.

Can you spot the change?

While this is still a barrier, it is a step towards getting back to that gorgeous lobby we are used to seeing. And this is good news as the holiday season begins in just two months at Disney World and the Grand Floridian typically hosts the large gingerbread display.

Curtains are now in place
