Planning a trip to Magic Kingdom soon?
It’s important to keep track of what rides and attractions are must-dos for you and your family, and keep an eye on any closures that might happen! It’s not uncommon for attractions to close periodically for routine maintenance and refurbishments. Fortunately, Disney usually shares that information ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. Next week, a Magic Kingdom staple will be closing for a week-long refurbishment — so be prepared!
On Disney’s website, Liberty Square Riverboat doesn’t have any available times listed starting on August 21st.
This temporary closure appears to last until August 29th, 2023. This attraction closed around the same time last year, so this seems to be a regularly scheduled refurbishment.
