Ranking the WEIRDEST Characters You Can Meet in Disney World

One major appeal when it comes to visiting the Disney Parks is the ability to meet several beloved Disney characters.

The lovely Tiana!

On a day-to-day basis, you can twirl with the real-life Disney Princesses, give Olaf some warm hugs, and even high-five Mickey and all his friends. However, there are a few characters that don’t come out as often that are a littlestrange. Whether they just look weird and totally not at ALL like their animated counterpart, or they’re just doing weird stuff, we’ve seen some weird characters and character behavior at Disney World.

At holiday parties, runDisney events, and maybe on a random park day from time to time, you can catch some interesting character interactions from time to time. In this post, we’re going to RANK the weirdest characters at Disney World. Let’s go!

Max Goof With A Rubber Chicken — 9/10

Once upon a time, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, one of our team members saw Max Goof on the balcony of Tower of Terror. He was carrying around a rubber chicken. So, they asked him why he had the rubber chicken and he just shrugged.

Hi up there!

This was such a strange experience that we wondered a little bit whether it was a fever dream or if it really happened. We’re taking a point away from Max and his chicken because he didn’t tell us why he had the chicken. We were super curious about this and were only left disappointed!

ALL Seven Dwarfs — 9/10

It’s very rare that you’ll spot all seven of Snow White’s pals in one place. However, at some of the holiday parties and specially-ticketed events, you’ll see them all at once.

Magic Kingdom

This is fun, but we’re taking a point away because it just seems a bit… much? Like, we were kind of overwhelmed, you know? It’s hard to entertain a group of seven at once. We aren’t sure how Snow White does it.

Jack and Sally – 5/10

Sally, girl, ya look great. Jack, on the other hand, looks a little too… skeleton-y? Like, we get it. He’s a skeleton. But couldn’t he be a little bit cuter, like in the film? And less horrifying?

Jack and Sally

Points for realism, but this is a children’s theme park, people! And we adults are scared! Shudder. You can typically meet Jack at runDisney events and the holiday parties — if you dare.

Dumbo – -3/10

This has nothing to do with Dumbo himself but everything to do with those who were left in charge of Dumbo. Why did you do this to him? Why does he look like that? Don’t you think he deserved better?

Poor little Dumbo. We have so many questions. We also have so many nightmares about you.

Lion King Hyenas — 0/10

These guys are frightening. Not only did we already have bad vibes from The Lion King, but they’re not exactly approachable in person, either.

Uhhh…

We do not like having a hyena looking at our feet. We do not like interacting with hyenas. If you like hyenas, maybe you’ll have a better experience. Also, we do feel kind of bad for them because it seems like their backs probably hurt.

Well, there you have it! Have you ever met any of these characters or had an interaction with a character that was just weird? Let us know about it in the comments! We’ll continue to keep you updated with any and all Disney news.
